Saat ini Perusahaan membuka rekrutmen lowongan untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. HR Staff
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably in Psychology, Law, or Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to manage data quickly and accurately.
- Good understanding of HR functions (recruitment, employee administration, training).
- Good communication skilis and attention to detail.
- Placement in PT Ultrajaya – MM2100 Factory
2. Injection Molding Operator
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Injection Blow Molding Operator in the F&B or dairy industry.
- Strong understanding of PET bottle injection, blowing, and forming processes in accordance with quality standards.
- Able to perform machine setup, monitor parameters, and conduct basic troubleshooting.
- Placement in PT Ultrajaya – MM2100 Factory
3. Warehouse Spv
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Engineering, Logistics, or Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in FMCG, F&B, or dairy industries.
- Experienced in managing ASRS & WMS.
- Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, and warehouse food safety & OHS standards.
- Placement in PT Ultrajaya – MM2100 Factory
4. Packing PET Operator
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major (Engineering background is preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a PET Packing Operator in the F&B or dairy industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good understanding of PET packing processes, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Able to operate packing machines, perform visual product inspection, and handle materials.
- Placement in PT Ultrajaya – MM2100 Factory

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
